Preamble
This Cookie Policy explains for what purposes, on which legal basis and under which conditions Partnerfy uses cookies, pixels, tag managers and similar tracking technologies on the websites it operates under the domains partnerfy.co and solesail.seo2sem.com.tr. The Policy complements our Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
The technical terms used throughout the Policy are interpreted in line with references issued by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the ePrivacy Directive. Data processed within Türkiye is subject to the KVKK; visitors residing in EU member states are subject to the GDPR and national ePrivacy implementations.
For the purposes of this Policy, the term “cookie” covers not only classic browser-based HTTP cookies but also Local Storage, Session Storage, IndexedDB, Service Worker caches, fingerprinting and similar tracking/storage mechanisms. All such mechanisms are, from a legal perspective, subject to the same consent and transparency requirements.
1. What Are Cookies?
A cookie is a small text file – usually composed of letters and digits – that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, phone) through your browser when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to recognise you or your device, maintain your session, remember your preferences and record information about how you use the site.
Cookies do not contain malware by themselves; they do not introduce viruses or security flaws to your device. However, depending on the information they hold, cookies may qualify as personal data, which triggers the protection obligations set out in the KVKK and the GDPR.
This Cookie Policy provides detailed information about the cookies, similar tracking technologies (pixels, local storage, fingerprinting, tag managers) used on the Partnerfy websites (partnerfy.co and solesail.seo2sem.com.tr), as well as how you can manage your related preferences.
2. Why We Use Them
Partnerfy uses cookies to operate the website securely and efficiently, to remember language and display preferences, to maintain your session and to take statistical measurements of your interactions. Cookies also help us understand visitor behaviour, improve content quality and deliver marketing communications that are more relevant to you.
All cookies other than those that are strictly necessary operate only with your explicit consent. The cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit allows you to set your preferences by category. Cookies for which consent has not been given are not loaded by your browser, and the related features will remain disabled.
Data obtained through cookies is processed solely within the scope of your website visit and not as part of any Partnerfy service contract.
3. Types of Cookies
Cookies can be classified using various criteria. The classification below is consistent with the guidelines of the ICO and the EDPB:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the core functions of the site (session management, security controls, language selection). They do not require consent.
- Performance (analytical) cookies: collect anonymous statistics such as visitor counts, page views and error logs. They help us improve site performance and content quality.
- Functional cookies: used for personalisation features such as theme/dark mode, display preferences or region-based content.
- Targeting / advertising cookies: used to display ads relevant to the visitor’s interests, measure campaign effectiveness and enable cross-site re-marketing.
- Social media cookies: enable social-sharing buttons and embedded content (e.g. YouTube or LinkedIn videos) to function.
Cookies can additionally be classified, in terms of duration, as session or persistent, and in terms of provider as first-party or third-party.
4. Cookies We Use

5. Third-Party Cookies
Where an entity other than Partnerfy is listed in the “Provider” column of the table above, those cookies are “third-party” cookies. Third-party cookies are triggered through our site but data processing takes place on the infrastructure of the relevant provider.
Each provider’s own privacy policy applies to the processing of data via third-party cookies. You may consult those policies at the following links:
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy
- LinkedIn: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- YouTube: policies.google.com/privacy
Third-party cookies are loaded only with your consent; if consent is not given, the cookies are not placed on your device.
6. Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences using two principal methods:
- On-site consent centre: by clicking the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer, you may at any time update or withdraw your category-based consents for performance, functional and marketing cookies. Your preferences are stored on your device.
- Browser settings: from your browser you can delete all cookies, block cookies of specific websites or choose to be alerted before cookies are set.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause core functions of the website to fail (e.g. you may not be able to log in or submit forms). These cookies are processed on the basis of “performance of a contract” under Article 5/2-c of the KVKK and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
7. Browser Settings
Browser-specific cookie management instructions are available below:
- Google Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
- Apple Safari: Preferences › Privacy › Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions › Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Opera: Settings › Advanced › Privacy & security › Cookies.
- Mobile browsers: cookie and site-data management is available within iOS Safari and Android Chrome through their respective application settings.
You may also manage cookies belonging to advertising networks through industry-wide opt-out tools such as youronlinechoices.com or optout.networkadvertising.org.
8. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your cookie consent at any time. To re-trigger the on-site consent banner, click the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer. Changes to your preferences take effect from the next page load.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. Data processed on the basis of consent will, following withdrawal, be deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
If you wish to delete cookies already stored at browser level, we recommend using the “Delete cookies and site data” function of your browser.
8a. Restrictions Concerning Children
Partnerfy’s services are aimed at corporate clients and the website is not directed at users under the age of 18. Cookie-based profiling and behavioural advertising mechanisms are not intentionally configured to target minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that cookie-based processing has taken place on a minor’s device, the relevant records will be deleted promptly upon notification to [email protected].
8a-2. Sensitive Data and Health Data
Sensitive (special-category) data such as religion, health, political opinions or trade-union membership is not intentionally processed through cookies. We do not work with third-party providers that assign sensitive-category profiling labels to visitors’ browsers.
8b. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control Signals
Most modern browsers offer the option of sending a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signal to the server in order to communicate your privacy preference. Our website treats a valid GPC signal sent by your browser as a user-issued refusal of cookies and refrains from loading cookies in the performance, targeting and social-media categories.
While an industry-wide standard for DNT signals has not yet matured, the Company records these signals as browser-level preference statements and reflects them in the on-site consent banner as pre-selected choices. If the signal is later disabled, you may restart your consent flow via the banner.
8c. Our Vendor List and Transparency
An up-to-date list of all third-party providers that manage cookies and tags – together with their history and processing purposes – is published under the “Vendor List” link in the consent banner, so that visitors can audit it. Before a new provider is added, a relevant data-protection impact assessment is conducted and contractual safeguards (DPA, SCCs) are signed.
Vendor changes may, depending on their impact, require fresh consent through the banner; in such cases your existing preferences will be reset and you will be asked to re-select.
9. Policy Changes
The Cookie Policy may be revised from time to time as the technologies used on the website change, as new providers are introduced or as legislation evolves. The current version becomes effective on the date of publication, and the “Last updated” date is shown at the top of the page.
For material changes, an in-site banner notification will be displayed and you may be asked to reconsider your cookie preferences.
