Every partnership is wrapped in a comprehensive NDA our legal team has matured over the years. The contract puts on us the obligation to never contact your customers through any channel, never pursue them even after the partnership ends, and accept financial damages if we ever violate the terms.

2. Technical Layer: Ghost-Mode

Every system we build runs in "Ghost-Mode": the engine belongs to us, the face and brand belong entirely to you. The Partnerfy name appears in no screen the customer sees, no notification they receive, no PDF they download. Technically, there's no surface that could route them to us.

3. Business Model: B2B Only

100% of Partnerfy's revenue runs on B2B partnerships. We don't sell directly to SMB or mid-market segments; the only direct customer type we engage with is the macro-scale enterprise — a tier that structurally doesn't overlap with the agency-served clients in your portfolio. Our paths simply don't cross.

Even if your customer Googled the name Partnerfy out of curiosity, they couldn't find a trail from their own system to us — because there is no trail in that system.

What Exactly Is Inside Our Contract?

Every signed partnership contract contains these six clauses in writing: (1) Partnerfy may not, under any circumstance, through any channel, contact the agency's customers for sales or marketing during the contract. (2) Even after the partnership ends, this prohibition remains in force for an additional two years. (3) The name "Partnerfy" is hidden in every project deliverable; no name, logo or link appears anywhere. (4) All customer-related project information, code and trade secrets are stored on our Germany-based server infrastructure; no third-party cloud provider sees them. (5) In case of breach, Partnerfy accepts a pre-defined financial penalty. (6) All of the above clauses are enforceable under ICC arbitration rules or Turkish Commercial Law, at the partner's choice.

Protecting the reputation a brand spent years building is, for us, not a clause we signed but a weight we carry. The very thing we call partnership begins with that weight. When an agency entrusts us with a customer, the one talking to that customer is the agency that built years of relationship with them — not us. White-Label, as a term, comes from product labeling. We've loaded it with another meaning over the years: a discipline where every gram of trust an agency built up over the years is protected both technically and legally. "Your customer is a trust to us" is just the first clause of our contract; every other clause writes the practice of that sentence.
