Not Competitors — Two Companies Looking the Same Way

When an agency and a technology company sit next to each other, the air often carries a quiet tension: "will this technology company one day approach my customer directly?" Partnerfy stands on a different side of that equation. The structure of our business model, the math of our revenue and the contracts we sign — all three together — leave no scenario in which we could compete with you. More precisely, we earn from being on your side: when our agency partners grow, we grow. This page walks through, at length, how we secure that alignment both technically and legally.

We End the Agency's Question Structurally, Not Verbally

Every agency considering a technology partner carries the same question: "what if, tomorrow, this company sends an offer directly to my customer?" We end that question not with words but with the mechanics of our business model. Partnerfy doesn't sell directly to small or mid-market businesses. The only customer type we engage with directly is the macro-scale enterprise — a tier whose budget, technical requirements and team don't overlap with any agency portfolio. Your customer segment is not our direct customer segment — structurally, our paths don't cross. The next three layers show how we secure that.

The Three Structural Layers Behind Non-Competition

Each layer holds on its own; when all three work together, "we cannot compete" stops being a promise and becomes an equation.

1. Segment Separation

The only customer type we take work from directly is the macro-scale enterprise. We don't reach out to the SMB, mid-market or growing-brand segments inside your portfolio — that segment is the agency's territory, closed to us.

2. White-Label Discipline

In every partnership, our technology hides entirely behind your brand. Whichever panel your customer logs into, whichever email they read, whichever report they download — only your logo is on it. The name Partnerfy never exists in their eyes.

3. Contract Layer

Every partnership begins with an NDA that carries heavy penalty clauses. We commit in writing to never contact your customers directly, to stay away from them for two years even after the partnership ends, and to accept financial damages if we ever violate the terms.

Your Growth Is Our Growth

Our commercial future is mathematically tied to the success of our agency partners. The more projects an agency sends us, the more we grow. The more customers an agency wins, the higher the chance the next brief reaches us too. So growth doesn't flow one way; two companies step on the same lever at the same time. Which is why a partner shrinking in their customer's eyes is, for us, a lost revenue line. In a partnership built on solidarity, the partner's brand reputation is a guarantee to us — both financial and strategic. That equation is the silent engine behind every clause of our contract.
Your Growth Is Our Growth

The real value of a contract isn't in the clauses on paper — it's in a track record validated in the field. In eight years of partnership history there's not a single exception: no agency has ever brought a complaint that a customer was lost to us. Because such a thing couldn't happen.

Three Ethical Commitments

A contract is the legal frame; ethics is the culture behind it. The three commitments below live both on paper and in our team's daily working habit.

Customer Redirection

If a customer of an agency partner reaches us directly — via a form, a phone call or an email — the request is automatically routed back to the partner agency. We don't quote, we don't price, we don't open a conversation. "That's your customer" is our team's first reflex.

Data & Code Ownership

Usage rights and data for every piece of software we deliver belong to your legal entity. On request, the source code of custom projects is also handed over at the end of the partnership. Customer data, design rights and copyright remain the property of your agency and your customer at all times.

Two-Way Transparency

Our contract requires the partnership to run with two-way transparency, not one-way. Inside the ID.Partnerfy panel, all financial flows, project statuses and invoice history stay open to you at all times. If you request information or a report, no data is held back.

Two Visible Faces, One Ethic

Two Visible Faces, One Ethic

When we work with you, we have two visible faces, but the same ethical frame applies to both. In the first model — White-Label — we sit fully behind the curtain; your customer doesn't even know we exist. In the second model — Open Partnership — we stand alongside you in front of the customer: "our technology partner Partnerfy" is said out loud, and we might even be invited to certain meetings. In the second model, even if the Partnerfy name becomes visible, the side of the economic relationship never moves: the customer is yours, the contract is with you, the invoice is yours. When you order from us, every action stays transparent in your panel; we only carry the operational load. Whichever model you pick, control stays in your hands at all times.

Three Hard Clauses of Our Contract

Among the dozens of clauses in our contract, three are especially hard and especially in your favor. Every other clause exists to make those three enforceable.

Scope Clause

The NDA covers customer identities, project details, source code, design files, every type of business-process information and your pricing strategies. The umbrella of the contract covers everything we share — no exceptions.

Penalty Clause

The financial penalty applied in case of breach is written numerically and pre-defined in the contract. It's a deterrent that leaves no room for argument — a decision already made before any courtroom.

Post-Contract Prohibition

Even if our partnership ends, for two years we have no right to initiate any commercial contact with your customers, including direct quotes. During that period, every confidentiality and penalty clause remains in force exactly as it was during the partnership.

Your Code, Your Design, Your Data — All Yours

However a partnership ends, what's left behind should belong to you. Usage rights and data ownership of sites built on the Partnerfy CMS infrastructure transfer to you from day one. For custom software projects, the source code we wrote for the customer is — once the contract completes — handed over to you on request. Design files, customer data, copyright, intellectual property — every one of them sits either with your agency's legal entity or with the final customer's. Our share at that point is exactly one thing: having carried the technical weight of the process. We claim no rights over what we leave behind.

Being on the Same Side Is a Decision Before It Is a Contract

Being on the Same Side Is a Decision Before It Is a Contract

No contract can force one side into honesty if their intent is wrong. That's why Partnerfy's ethical stance isn't a clause written on paper — it's the distilled form of eight years of daily choices. We chose, every day again, to stand next to your customer instead of in front of them; to run a decade-long partnership rather than chase a one-off win. Every clause you read today is a rule grown out of those daily choices. Working with Partnerfy means being two companies looking in the same direction — and once we describe that direction together, everything written in the contract has already been decided.
